We understand that the foundation of any meal is usually meat, and this is where we really excel.

We strictly sell U.S. Choice and Prime Beef, Fresh U.S. Government Inspected Pork, All Natural Gold'n Plump Poultry and U. S. Choice Lamb.

Our butchers are always creating new cuts of meat, including "The Kreative Kabob". Several of our specialties include Homemade Sausages, stuffed pork chops and stuffed chicken.

Some of our special highlights throughout the year include:

  • St. Patrick’s Day: We sell 20,000 lbs. of Bulk Style Corned Beef during this special holiday; more than any other store in Chicago or maybe, the Country!
  • Thanksgiving: We sell hundreds of fresh Turkeys, that are specifically ordered and selected for our customers.
  • Christmas: This is the most special day of the year, and our customers demand the very best. That is why we feature U.S. Prime Beef Tenderloin and Prime Rib Roast of Beef.

However, we are most proud of our Extra Lean Ground Chuck, which we grind several times a day on our premises.

Our Greatest Advantage is our Butchers, and of course, our most valuable Irish Import, Mike Benson, who hails from County Adair, Ireland.
