Baked Asparagus
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 LB. asparagus, washed and trimmed
  • 1 TBSP. Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP. Minced Garlic
  • Salt and ground Black Pepper to Taste
  • 1 TSP. Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Combine asparagus, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a baking dish; toss gently to coat.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
4. When asparagus is tender, sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve warm.
