Roasted Parsnips with Rosemary
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 lbs. parsnips
  • 2 Tbl.olive oil
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper
Prep:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Directions

Peel and cut into parsnips into 1/2 inch by 2 inch piece
Toss parsnips with oil and rosemary
Season with salt and pepper
Roast until tender and golden

Cook 20 minutes
